Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and personal care items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
